Express Laundry

Just across the street from Microtel is the Laundry Lady. Cat spoke with the Hotel staff and they said that they will do laundry but didn’t have a price list. Being the bargain shopper she is, Cat took a walk across the street. Within the hour we saw our laundry on the drying line at Express Laundry.

DJG Eatery

Right next door to Express Laundry is one of those places that Cat has a hard time passing by. Yes, we do have what we think might be a good restaurant at Microtel but then, she sees a bargain and maybe really good food. She wants to eat with the locals. And, so we did. They were very gracious as she pointed and chose the unknown. They seated us inside. My plastic chair threatened to collapse each time a waiter passed and kicked the leg. The owner, Mr. DJG we assume, had me stand and he personally replace it with a more sturdy stool.
