254 Making Rice Paper

Rice paper, what the heck is that? We’ve seen it made and hanging along the road. Here we were able to see it made and find the uses. We’ve all lseen it but never really thought about it. Some candies come wrapped in it. It’s used as an edible container for lots of foods here. As the woman spreads it we’re reminded ot those wonderful crepes in France.
