322 On Time for Patrick’s Graduation

The 2:15 PM arrival left us with just enough time to get through Immigration and Customs, rent a van, load bikes and bags and make a mad dash to Ventura for Patrick’s Jr. High School Graduation.

He’s the bright but quiet grandson and my namesake. We pulled in too late for a seat but were able to witness his crossing of the stage to receive his diploma.

 We chided him about the length of his hair then he proudly opened his year book to the page where a girl swooned over it.

Congratulations Patrick, you’re almost a man!
