161 Cat Wants to Cycle in the Jungle

Tired of cities, Cat was yearning for countryside, jungle cycling. There is little jungle in Malaysia that hasn’t been transformed into agricultural land. So, the jungle would be palm groves. Occasionally the thick, sweet smell of cooking oil permeates the heavy air as we pass by plants rendering oil from the palm seeds.
Rolling hills add to the sweat this sultry afternoon.

Surprise, as we cycled through a small town we spotted a modern glass building with Shimano emblazoned on the top.
We pulled in and introduced ourselves to the guard at the front gate. Our idea was just to thank them for the product they had provided for our tour. The gate was as far as we were to get. The friendly guard tried to find someone, anyone who would take time to talk with us, to no avail. They were all in a company meeting. So, we posed for this picture then pedaled on.
