279 Ducks at the Hoi An Market

We’d seen a few ducks in markets. Some in fenced farms. More hanging in windows head down, brown skin shining in the food display. They leave the head, feet and all on when they cook them. Duck is obviously a favorite and mainstay in the Vietnamese diet.

We’ve eaten duck several times, very tasty.

This little video brings life back to ducks that have been cooked and eaten. And it brings life to the Hoi An Market place, too.
